• Account data: email, name, avatar — from the registration form or your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Telegram).
• Learning data: course progress, quiz answers, rider profile settings.
• Payment data: the fact and amount of a payment. We never receive or store full card details — they are processed by the payment provider.
• Technical data: request logs, device type — for security and diagnostics.

• Providing access to content and syncing between web and app — performance of a contract.
• Processing payments and refunds — performance of a contract and legal obligations.
• Product emails — your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Platform security — our legitimate interest.

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).

Account data is kept while your account exists. After account deletion, data is removed except where we are legally required to keep it (e.g. financial records).

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with services the platform cannot work without:

• Sign-in providers: Google, Apple, Telegram — if you sign in with them.
• The payment acquirer — to process payments.
• Infrastructure: hosting, email delivery.

We use essential cookies for account sessions and language preferences.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, withdraw consent to emails and restrict processing.

The platform is intended for persons aged 16+. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
