Refund Policy

This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service (nebachiv.com/en/legal/offer) and describes the refund terms and procedure for Nebachiv digital products.

1. Refund period

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

After 14 days, refunds are not issued.

2. Procedure

  • Send a request to nebachiv@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with.
  • Include: the product name, payment date and (optionally) the reason.
  • We will review the request within 5 business days and reply to your email.
  • Funds are returned to the same card used for payment. Crediting time depends on your bank.

3. After a refund

Once refunded, access to the paid product in your account is closed.

Free sections of the platform remain available.
